NUTRITION COACH
Hi, I’m Antoinette, Nutrition coach and mum of 2. My time as a nutrition coach started when I was going through my own weight loss journey after having my son and gaining a substantial amount of weight during my pregnancy. I knew that I had to lose the weight to be healthy and feel like my old self again. I have always been a yoyo dieter and have tried numerous fad diets in the past, but I knew that this time I needed a realistic and sustainable approach. So, I invested in a coach myself and it was then I discovered flexible dieting.
After losing almost 20 kilos and finding my passion to want to help others, I studied nutrition and diet to become a qualified coach so that I can now help others just like me with like minded goals.
I am here to provide education, support, and the guidance you need around nutrition. Food is amazing and I don’t believe in quick fixes, cutting out food groups or restrictions. I believe in sustainability, flexibility and helping you enjoy the process of achieving your goals.
I have a lot of experience in working with people of all ages, shapes and sizes and have seen many transformations. The real beauty is the transformation of your mindset and the healthy relationship with food you will gain. I believe the real magic happens with consistency, allowing yourself to be coachable and stepping outside of your comfort zone but you must trust the process.
