My passion for coaching comes from my love of sport. I always wanted to be involved in a sport or exercise-based career at any capacity, and when the gym was introduced into my life in the late stages of high school, I knew that was where I was heading. After completing my Bachelor in Exercise and Sport Science, my eyes were opened to the link between exercise and sports performance. I spent a year getting fully immersed into the world of Strength and Conditioning, working near full-time hours, half of which were for free, so I could learn and develop as much as possible. I’ve been lucky enough to experience working with a vast range of clientele, ranging from state and national level athletes, to people as regular as you and I.

 

What keeps me motivated in the hardest of days is the knowledge that there is always something to chase. Whether it’s an extra increment on your lift, a half second shaved off your fastest sprint, or simply that one extra day of a new habit, I’m motivated to relentlessly pursue each and every client’s untapped potential. I want to help break the barriers of what clients think they can achieve, and strive for more. To me, the best thing after reaching your own health and performance goals, is guiding someone towards their own.
